Vines and microclimate
Cueto is located next to Monte Laturce, symbol
of the legendary citizens of Clavijo next to
mount Cueto and the Moorish castle which towers
above it. This wine is obtained from vineyards
near the mountain from which it takes its name.
Cueto is a wine made from old vines near the
mountain within the Denominación de Origen
Calificada Rioja appellation. These long-lived
vines provide grapes of exceptional quality,
in a climate and soil with excellent characteristics.
The blend of tempranillo, mazuelo and garnacha
mark the style and personality of Cueto Crianza. |
